About the founder
After working his way through college and graduating from the historic Fisk University in 2018, DaVon stayed in Nashville to begin his professional career. With a solid foundation in sales, he quickly found a dream and passion in investment real estate and began researching and networking.
DaVon signed on with a Tennessee-based construction company, Master Metal Builders, to spearhead the Wholesale department of their new residential investment arm. Over 18 months, as the Direct Marketing Administrator and Acquisitions Manager, he created and executed direct marketing campaigns that generated six figures in operating revenue through wholesale assignments.
Keeping with Nashville’s booming new construction market, DaVon pivoted to infill land acquisition and joined a strategic partnership with Rhythm Homes and Development as an Acquisition Consultant in 2020. Following 2 years and 20+ deals, the partnership culminated in the entitlement of the ~5acre site at 503 West Trinity Lane.
Fast-forward to today and DaVon is now the owner and Operating Manager of this compact and effective real estate investment company primarily focused on residential investment acquisitions, land entitlement, wholesale and infill construction.
